[Cabinet Structure]

1. Made of high-quality structural steel plates, with high-load-bearing steel shelves. The bottom is equipped with high-quality universal movable wheels, ensuring good airtightness (using silicone sealing strips). The viewing window of the cabinet door is made of 5mm tempered glass;

11. Dehumidification and humidification core mechanism requirements: Adopt a high-efficiency dehumidification core mechanism, with the core mechanism housing made of PPS + Class A flame-retardant material, with humidity resistance up to over 300℃, to avoid the risk of the core mechanism melting due to excessive instantaneous current. The solid polymer electrolyte membrane used for moisture absorption must be imported (no need to replace within 8 years), which can directly electrolyze and continuously remove moisture from the air, and discharge it to the outside in a gaseous state, and can be repeatedly regenerated and recycled. The core mechanism needs to have advantages such as fast dehumidification speed, ultra-quiet operation, low power consumption, and no consumables. The main components of the dehumidification core mechanism must come from internationally renowned enterprises.
12. Fault prompt requirements: High-brightness LCD display for temperature and humidity, 24-hour monitoring of the dehumidification core mechanism operation. Set the required humidity through the buttons on the LCD screen surface, which is simple, clear and easy to operate. The temperature display range is 1-99℃, and the humidity display range is 1-99%RH. The LCD panel has a fault prompt function, through program settings, you can clearly understand the working status of the dehumidification core mechanism. If the product malfunctions, you can immediately determine the faulty part and quickly repair the product.  

13. Power outage protection requirements: After power outage, the system uses the "chemical moisture absorption supplement" function to absorb moisture, ensuring that the humidity rise inside the cabinet is less than 10%RH within 24 hours after power outage. At the same time, the system has a memory function, so there is no need to reset the humidity when power is restored.

[Dehumidification Principle]

The drawer-type high-efficiency intelligent anhydrous constant humidity storage cabinet for cultural relics, and the movable anhydrous constant humidity storage cabinet: when powered on and started, the dehumidification core mechanism operates in regeneration mode, the inner door is closed, and the outer door is opened, so that the drying material is regenerated and releases moisture, and water vapor evaporates to the outside of the cabinet. After regeneration is completed, the outer door is closed and the inner door is opened, so that the drying material dehumidifies internally, adsorbing water vapor inside the cabinet and reducing the humidity inside the cabinet. The regeneration and dehumidification steps are cyclically performed under the control of the control panel, effectively adjusting the humidity inside the cabinet.
